(1) Injection equipment

The resin entering the hopper stays at the front end of the screw (called metering), and is stored through a stroke equivalent to the required amount of resin before being ejected. When the resin is active in the mold, control the movement speed of the screw (injection speed) and use pressure (holding pressure) to control it after filling the resin. When reaching a certain screw orientation or a certain injection pressure, switch from speed control to pressure control.

(2) Mold closing equipment
The main function of the mold closing equipment is to fix the mold and complete the opening and closing actions of the mold. Ensure the mold during injection molding and pressure holding
Reliable tightening and performing demolding work. The mold closing equipment mainly consists of the front template of the fixed mold, as well as the rear template, moving template, pull rod, mold closing cylinder, mold moving cylinder, connecting rod organization, mold adjusting organization, ejection organization, and safety maintenance organization of the equipment's mold moving oil cylinder or mold adjusting equipment.
