2、 Pearl cotton EPE foam anti-static characteristics
The general method for producing anti-static pearl cotton EPE foam in the industry is to foam pearl cotton masterbatch rich in anti-static agents together with ordinary pearl cotton particles, and then obtain pearl cotton foam with certain anti-static functions. Due to the characteristics of universal anti-static agents, the anti-static function of pearl cotton EPE foam has the following characteristics:
1. Affordable.
2. High impedance, above 1010, generally at 1011.
3. Influenced greatly by humidity, when the humidity is less than 50%, the impedance will reach 1012 or above, losing its anti-static function.
4. The durability is not long, and after several weeks of use, the impedance increases and the anti-static function decreases.

3、 Other anti-static methods
Some companies apply anti-static liquid on the surface of pearl cotton EPE foam to achieve a temporary low impedance effect. However, due to the nature of the selected raw materials, they still cannot handle the problem of being greatly affected by temperature and humidity and not having long durability.
