4. Arrange the mold cores according to the finished product baseline Process and marking key:
a. Delete the dotted lines on the finished product;
b. If the side view is a section, the solid line in the side view should be changed to a dashed line, leaving only the section as a solid line;
c. To indicate the dividing surface of the finished product, the key is to indicate the main dividing surface, radial pin, and slider disposal surface The insertion or insertion on the partitioning surface should also be indicated;
d. It is also necessary to clearly indicate the location where the mold core is disassembled, and the boundary of the front view where it is inserted should be marked with a yellow line, and the sintering head of the insert should also be indicated This iron should be avoided between the entry and exit, generally not less than 1mm The mold core urgently needs to be disassembled into sub parts, such as areas with poor overall processing or deep ribs, as well as some bosses
5. The injector pin should be placed in an area where the finished product is not easily demolded, such as the edges, ribs, and deep parts of the plastic The scale of the injector pin should be selected as large as possible to increase strength The distance between the top pin and the finished product shape should not be less than 0.6-1mm to avoid the phenomenon of thin iron
b. The purpose of drainage is to quickly remove mold temperature to achieve cooling effect The direct waterway has the best effect
C. The screw of the mold is generally arranged in four rows, and the orientation should be as symmetrical as possible
6. Attention should be paid to the issue of strength when arranging the mold core The distance between the product edge and the mold core edge should not be less than 20mm The distance between the mold core edge and the mold frame edge should be determined by the size of the mold For large molds, it should be 50mm or more, and for small molds, it should be 30-50mm (for hexagonal side, 350mm or less is considered a small mold) This with special requirements should be treated individually
