1. Smell the breath

3. Measure the tension of the sealing box tape



Pull out a section of tape and pull it open by hand to see if it can withstand strong pulling force.



4. Measure the viscosity of the sealing box tape



Generally, manual testing is sufficient. Pull a roll of adhesive tape and stick it onto the cardboard box before tearing it off to see if the cardboard is peeled off together. If both are peeled off, it is confirmed that the adhesive strength of the tape is good. Be careful not to use the palm of your hand to test the adhesive strength of the tape, be sure to test it on the cardboard box.



5. Measure the thickness of the sealing box tape



The thickness of adhesive tape in general market conditions ranges from 40u to 60u (the thickness of BOPP film in adhesive), but the price also varies greatly. The 60u tape is very thick, but for the same thickness of meat, the length is shorter. The 40u tape is longer, but the length is often thin and easy to break. 6. Measure the length and width of the entire roll of sealing box tape



Due to the difficulty in measuring the length of tape, there are many cases of tape length being falsely reported in the market. Even tape with the same thickness may have different lengths due to factors such as the thickness, size, and entanglement of the paper tube. Therefore, it is still necessary to actually manipulate the tape to feel its cost resistance.
